Dr. Dabney earned his Naturopathic Medicine degree and training from Kingdom College of Natural Health and Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine and Health Science. He also holds Master’s degrees in Science Education from Arizona State University and Public Health Epidemiology (emphasis in infectious disease) from Walden University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology from The Ohio State University. Currently, he is a Ph.D candidate in Public Health Epidemiology at Walden University.
His 20 years of teaching, clinical research, and medical experiences are supported by his work at the Center’s for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Michigan State University School of Veterinary Medicine, East Tennessee State School of Medicine, U.S. Army Medical Corps, and as an adjunct professor at several naturopathic educational institutions. My careers with these institutions have allowed me to pursue my interests in epidemiology, clinical microbiology, microbiology research, and investigate the cause and spread of antimicrobial resistance food-borne pathogenic bacteria in the United States. However, as I witnessed the progression of illness and diseases among patients despite scientific advances in conventional medicine, I changed my focus and scientific venue to naturopathic medicine.
When I broke my wrist about 7 years ago, it turned out that the cloud had a huge silver lining, because I found Dr. Nadya in the doctor’s office where I was treated! I have been “into” homeopathy for more than 30 years, but I had never found a good homeopath after I moved to Atlanta. Well, Dr. Nadya is not a “good” homeopath, she is a great one! To start out, she gave me something to heal my wrist faster, and conquer the pain. Whatever it was, I was absolutely never in pain! The other doctor wanted to prescribe a heavy-duty (and probably addictive) painkiller, but I needed none! Since then, she has come to my rescue many times, both with physical, and with emotional complaints. Haven’t had a cold or a flu for years with her magic remedies! I feel truly blessed to have found her.”
